No, but you can use some redirector plugin that will redirect all IP based traffic.
What would you ban? IP of Amazon office? Do you know their IP???

We don't have log. Updates are from time to time when we find some bugs or take some of customers suggestions to develop new features.

It redirect just back button or can do some redirect popup for X button to ?

X button is for closing browser, that is not bouncing.
There is option inside plugin to do redirect as soon as mouse leave active browser windows, so with that option it will work for X button.

Can the site I redirect to detect the plugin by checking the referal link? For example: When I use this for my main landing page "domain.com" will the referal link look natural like "domain.com" or will it be something like "domain.com/redirect-plugin"?
