Can I upgrade it to a 5site license now?

With the 5 domain license, does that mean it can run on five domains at any given time or is it just 5 domains and that's it? Like say if one of my domains gets banned on Facebook, can I use the plugin on a new domain and take it off the banned domain? Or is it just 5 domains total and that's it? Thanks

Yes, you can delete plugin and deactivate license on one domain and activate it on another.
 
How much more money do I have to give you to use my plugin on another site?
