This is "Zero Bounce" plugin and all is about "Bouncing" = "Clicking Back Button in Browser"

If they "click close button" they will close browser.
If they "click Alt+F4" they will close browser.
If they "turn off computer" computer will be turned off, but all that is nothing to do with bouncing.

However we have one option in plugin that you can enable and it will do redirect as soon as mouse leave main site area.
