Joined date is same as time you post these two comments. Then those two comments (you posted in a row) are ONLY two comments on this profile. That isnt active profile,and last time it was active was the same day as he posted those two comments. So I am 100% sure somebody just made this account in order to post VERY GOOD comments on this service,because you can see account is fake. Now question is who was it?
Those orders really belongs to the same customer.
As we use Wufoo I have IP of both orders and if moderator of BHW request I can show print screens of those two orders with IPs of customer.
If customer IP match the one here in that post everything is fine.
