Here is a brief review of the Tier2 plan that I ordered last week.

- the order went through on 4th and I have received a completed report today i.e. 9th June. That's inside 5 days, including a weekend. So, am pretty happy about the turnaround time.
- Nick was responsive throughout the ordering and pre-sales process. He was proactively in responding to queries after I had ordered the plan. For a $19 service offering, professionalism was really nice.
- The report came around with 1565 links on Tier 2. The deal was for a 1000 tier 2 links. So, in a way he over-delivered there too.

Am waiting for the things to settle down before considering the next purchase from him pretty soon.
