I've been signed up for this program for a month and 1 day now. (renewal just went through on Paypal). I have not seen any results from this service yet but I did notice it took about 10 days for all of my links to be initially finalized which means I have only had links up for maybe 20 days.

What I do like about this service is the control panel which makes it a breeze to see what is happening. I tested this with a medium competiion keyword and I am looking forward to hopefully positive results.
