My rankings have only gone down since I paid $250 on April 2. That would be fine since Google Dance is a well-known phenomenon, except when I go to Subscription Progress it says Overall Progress: 0%. I ordered the service 20 days ago, have ANY links even been built? There is nothing in my dashboard to indicate that I have received anything for my money yet.

Yeah our work wouldn't even be affecting your site yet in 20 days, just natural fluctuations! If you completed your KW details then work is on man report will be uploaded on months end, sounds as if there is a bug in your dashboard for the progress counter - simply open a ticket in your dashboard and one of team can look in to it, I cant tell who you are without your email or site details.. That's why the support system is in place

I wanted to leave my review of this service as I have been using them for about 3 months now. Typically when I try out vendors in the marketplace it is best not to judge them based on a single month or two as the full effects of the campaign do take time to propogate. After 3 months my keywords have gone from nowhere to the middle of the 2nd page with a package 2. These are medium competition keywords and I suspect after another 1-2 months, I should be killing it.
The support I have received has been fantastic. They have helped me and my company through every step of the process and laid out clear expectations. It is rare to see a company in this industry adhere to these standards and I am happy to be working with them.
Thank you guys for all of your hard work, I hope to see my results continue to climb and may expand my package in the future as soon as we reach middle of page 1!
