What they offer works. BUT.... they dont deliver what you pay for. I got the biggest package and was supposed to get up to 500 visits a day +/- 5% they say. I averaged 50-80 MAX and when I called them out on it they asked for more time to check things out.. Check things out? They have been selling this forever now and they still have to check this out? I had this running 24/7 for about 2 weeks and never got over 100 more than 2x. They say that 500 is the max you can get and they dont guarantee that amount. Ok they why do we pay for that many ? If you read all the bullshit they put in there TOS to protect themselves its all BS... They say NO refund what so ever so you are at risk but when you delivery less that 10-20% of what you offer, something has to give. I have all my KW's that I used ranking in the top 20 so they cannot use that as an excuse...

All I can say is this. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.....NOTHING BUT EXCUSES....

Service is shit... The problem is it actually works BUT you don't get what you pay for and they are full of excuses why it does not work, That is the reason you guys do not get responses. Go find this service somewhere else..I have 100 proof but don't feel like posting it today I want to see if they actually post on this or not...then I will post....

I am sorry I couldn't really understand what are you looking for? Can you please explain in more detail.

Please, add in next version feature to minimize in taskbar. I can't minimize your software and can't close program over X button. Just closed soft over task manager.

When a user registers, we allocate them some credits (around 50% based on the package) so that a user can get enough searches over a month. Regarding search credits used they are the credits used in performing your keyword searches.

There are multiple reason of why you may not be receiving enough searches per day like your keyword might be bouncing in google and not appearing in top 20 pages of google for some of the user based on the user location & other search settings. Less no of users online to perform searches.

Tell me how I have Search credits Earned of 2052.25 and search credits used: 149.50 ????? How come I am not getting 125 searches a day?

If your URLs are unstable (dancing) or show up in different positions from various locations, it is possible they are not consistently in the top 200 positions from various locations around the world. We've found this to be especially true for users who have a language setting configured in Google Webmaster Tools, but has also proven true in other scenarios. This would cause you to get less clicks than we're attempting to deliver. To be clear, the advertised numbers are NOT guaranteed (for these reasons). When this happens, Serpify is still trying to deliver the target amount, so when a URL isn't found, it ends up taking up 10 minutes of a clients time trying to find the keyword/URL. This creates yet another inconsistency with the re-attempts, but we do everything we can to ensure as much traffic is delivered as possible. The one thing that will improve this performance is more IP diversity. Our supplemental residential IPs are being assigned by a backconnect service, once we have more people using the client at any given time, there will be more REAL users performing searches for our network. This will help improve the amount of searches we can perform daily. We are growing, we get nearly 100 signups per day, but only a small percentage of those are actually actively using the Serpify client, and that's what we need more than anything. We're trying to get creative and find ways to get more people to use the client. In V2 we improved the FREE accounts and we also implemented the credit system, which has only shown to increase usage by around 5%, we figured it'd have a much larger impact, but every little bit counts.

So... I have the pro plan and i am only up to 48 searches for the day. it seems not to run at all times even though I leave it open all day and night. I got the account yesterday and got a little over 200 searches prob with a half a day which is fine. But today to be at 48 i know something is wrong. This does exactly what sais it does and works well but I am not where near getting +or-5% of 500 visitors. All kw's are in the top 20 so that is not the issue. Please help me out. I ran this on my home computer and VPS to make sure and same result... Thanks

Apologies for not replying to your support. We are facing lot of issues recently. One of our lead developer also left our team since his father was hospitalized recently for cancer treatment. It took time for us to find a new developer. Anyway we managed to do few fixes in the software. Can you please give it a try? Thanks

I'm a paying customer and can't get responses to tickets since 7th February. It's like their support desk went dead on that way - don't even get confirmations of new tickets submitted. In my case there's a bug in the software where it's only letting me use 21/25 keywords. Will of course need to cancel if no way to get a response. I can understand neglecting free users but chasing away paid.. weird. I would definitely keep using it if it worked properly.

I have the same problem where the software is not letting me reach the maximum number of keywords I should be allowed.
The last response I received from a ticket was last week, 12Feb2015, where they stated that they are aware of the problem and were looking into it.

We just released 2.0.2!

We've addressed the following points:

1) We have improved our search delegation algorithm and make sure Serpify user get more amount of searches per day.
2) We've resolved the bug which some of the Serpify users were facing while adding keywords to their campaign in spite of their available quota limit.
3) Added support for additional international Google search engines.


What we're currently working on:

* Tabs opened (investigating this issue now, it appears to only happen in rare instances on certain version of Windows. Will get to the bottom of it ASAP.)
* Finish testing and add support for Yahoo search engine
* Finish testing and add support for YouTube search engine
* Performance optimization
* New campaign targeting HitLeap users.

This SERPIFY version, like previous is buggy - all the time crashes and must be restarted. When you will release stable version? The idea is to run software on some PC without support all the time The most program crashes now are when I try to move window somewhere.

Two more suggestions from me:
1. Add more Google search engines. Now are only 22.
2. Add option to minimize software in taskbar. No one needs to see window all the time, users need to run it and to forget it.

Can you please tell us which version of IE are you using? As Serpify uses IE rendering engine and IE8 and older are quite buggy which leads to crashing. With version 2.0.3 which we just released we are giving user a warning to upgrade their IE and also soon we are going to completely remove the support for <IE8.

Regarding your suggestions,

1) We keep on adding new search engines to the list on request basis.
2) This feature is already there I don't know if you have tried closing the software and it minimizes to system tray.

I said we are using IE rendering engine that doesn't mean we are using IE only browser. We are using 200 different user agent strings out of which 1 is randomly selected before performing any search.
