Hi Sasha,

I purchased SLG a few weeks ago, and so far it's working pretty good. However, on multiple occasions when gathering "likes" from niche specific fan pages, depending on the page, I get a bunch (5%+) of emails such as:

TaylorSwift*at*facebook-d0t-k0m
tacobell%at%facebook-d0t-k0m
walmart$at$facebook-d0t-k0m

etc, etc... (^By the way the anti-spam filter on BHW is REALLY annoying)

Sorry, back to topic. I obviously don't want to advertise to these emails, and I have no idea why large companies / celebrities are "liking" niche specific blogs / company pages. Is there a fast way to rid of these?

Hi thank you for your inquiry and thank you for being a loyal customer. Unfortunately there is no way to stop or clear emails that you are scraping on autopilot. You can always do this manually, but no way other way.

I'm wondering if the emails are scrapped in any order when we export the csv file? It seems that all of the high quality emails are concentrated in one section, while the bad emails are pretty close together as well.

Hi, no there is no order of export. Its what ever post(s) you scrape is what you get. And there is no such thing is high quality or low quality emails, Hope that helped

Another question: I am scraping page likes, but I want active accounts. However, a person could have "liked" that particular page a long time ago but still be an active user. Is there a way (another tool, perhaps) to do this? Thank you!

i would like to know the process you give:
1. we can target any kind of users on FB
2. we do scraping to have list of them
3. how do we public to those users? we don't want to do email markting (couse it's spam)

Hi thank you for your inquiry,

1. With SLG you can only scrape users who liked/commented/shared a post in a page or group. And you can collect events as well.

2. Yes you can scrape @facebook.com emails

3. With this data you can do custom audience ads, please take a look at my tutorial:

i was using SLG 3.14 in the last month and it's such a perfect software, fast and usefull.
In the last days i've downloaded the update to 3.15 version and i can't login anymore...
I mean, when i double click on SLG icona it open without asking me to login,
then i can add my APP ID & APP SECRET,
i can login to my Facebook account,
then it expires in 10 minutes as i have still a trial version.

Anyone other here updated to 3.15???

Is it possible that it's just my problem?

Even Yossi B wrote me that i am a "special case", so he probably means that i am the only one customer with that problem?

I just want a solution and start using back my licensed (paid) software.

It was facebook API fault, I was using a very old API, now I got a new API and it's working 100%
