Hi,
your converter in SLG creates bad names. For example from UID 100001146814011 it exports/converts name to "honzastrelec strelec". But his name is "Honza Střelec". And it also would be good if it exports also if it is male or female to a table. (For me exporting also "locale" would be useful and it is easy). Exporting names in Ulead Pro works fine (with diacritical marks over the letters.). Are you going to fix that, please?
But both programs are fast and good.

Hi thank you for your inquiry, and thank you for being a loyal customer.

1. SLG Id Converter fetches the actual @facebook.com email when converting... so what ever the email that was set by Facebook itself is what it grabs... it does not just make an email from the name.

2. If you are targeting just male or female... you can do that inside of your ads manager when creating an ad!

3. Once again the converter in SLG and Ulead Pro fetches the actual email that Facebook sets... there is no errors.

How can I get a free trial?

have ulead pro and I received by email that I can have a free trial for social lead gold, so I signed up my email but I didn't receive any download link, just software advertising..

Hello,

I know that you have been asked this a thousand times but a lot of people at WF says that scraping mails and using them for fb ads will effect in ban... I'm planning to use phone verified accounts for scraping and my own for ads - with deleting cookied before each logout. I want to use it for Teespring at first. Has any user of this software or Ulead been banned? What is the worst case scenario - account get banned permanently or they can they fine me somehow?

Hi thank you for your inquiry,

And yes this is a question that is asked many times, BUT with over 3000 users not ONE complaint!

People get their accounts banned because they advertise garbage that is against Facebook TOS, not because they upload or use custom audience!
