I have placed an order 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive any report.
There has been no communication besides acknowledging my order so I was wondering what is going on?

As written on sales page - our turn around time is of 1-3 weeks. Normally we deliver reports in less than 2 weeks but currently many orders are pending. Your report should come to you within 48 hours from now.
