Had to send funds Western Union (probably because they are avoiding credit card charge packs).

Did it after 12:00am on a Tuesday night and they were able to receive the funds I sent and issue the card within an hour (probably because it was daytime where they were at)

Was able to use it with Paypal.

Did the transaction over Skype talking to one of the representatives, did not do it through their website.
