I am really getting a headache from this service. Not only did it take nearly 3 days for my proxies to be set up, the support takes forever to respond to simple inquiries and when it does it is in broken english that's hard to understand. After I got my proxies, they worked for less than 24 hours and then they were all down. It's been over a day now since i've sent a support ticket in about it and they are still down, that is now 4 days so far that i've paid for proxies I can't even use. Another issue i'm having is that I'm not even able to log into my client area, it takes me to someone elses account everytime i try to login to their system, I sent in a support ticket about this as well and it was never answered. I had such high hopes for this proxy service after reading through this thread but that later turned into complete disappointment. Red-proxy you need to step your game up and fix this already.
