Hi, sorry for the late reply, regarding your question, the cpc is from adwords, i'm selling the domains without website so i don't know the exact average cpc one can get from these keywords but from my experience in this niche (other fashion related keywords) is that the real value tends to be lower but i have cases that some are higher and i think it's because there are a lot of related keywords and advertisers for this niche and the ads that appear might not be for the exact keyword but from a related one with higher cpc. For example if i'm targeting the keyword "prom dresses" i might also get ads for "special occasion dresses" that have higher cpc.

No problem, despite emds don't carry as much weight as they used to, they still carry some value in terms of ranking and there are other traffic sources other than google (paid, social) where having the exact keyword of the product that the target people are looking for in the domain will raise the conversion rate significantly.
But i agree, an aged, niche related with good existing backlinks domain will always be a great choice to give the initial push in ranking a site.
