in the order form i could not find a way to add more than one domain. it is possible to host more domains?

We don't have the authority to charge you twice, you mostly have two subscriptions with us and you will need to cancel one of the subscription. Also, please submit a ticket under the billing department, the team will handle the request for you.

Signed up 3 hours ago and so far I'm not impressed:wt:
I logged into cpanel to move a wp installation using installatron and i get a 500 error.
To add more insult, I am not able to log into the members area because it tells me I'm not a member???
Even when I try to do a password reset.

I have contacted them via the pre-sales contact form several hours ago, and not a word.

Please fix the issue asap or a refund will be required!!!

I'm giving OP 24 hours to fix this before a dispute and shitlist.

There is nothing to beware about our service, our company has existed on this forum even before you joined this forum. The login credentials for your servers are sent instantly as soon as you made a purchase on your PayPal email and this has been mentioned several times on this thread if you read around.

Also, there are multiple ways to reach us, Skype, Twitter, Ticket Board, Forums. We had been a little inactive on forums because we were busy with our new office but we are all set and back.

If your issue is resolved then please update your post because most people come to conclusion right away but never post when stuffs are working great for them.

What part are you unable to read?

I already told you that I GOT the automated email with the login info which DOES NOT WORK.

Nothing is "working great" for me, because the login doesn't even work and nobody bothered to resolve anything.

I'm opening a dispute now due to you wasting my time without fixing anything. I don't care how long you've been selling this service for, I guarantee I've sold a hell of a lot more than you have but it has no relevance at all to this problem now does it - your service and support is non existent.

Instead of writing me this cookie cutter reply, how about you actually go back and read my message where I clearly state that the login doesn't work and go do something about it?

Instead of making exuses for yourself, you should have fixed the issue! And I don't need to chase you around if you're not responding, I sent you emails and posted in your thread, thats enough, it is your responsibility to respond to emails and tickets!
