Indeed, this is a sister company of us, which we already stated in this email. We still manage the service at AtlanticServers - the decision to do this was to allow for easier management on our side and is nothing to worry about.

Hey buddy,

I wanna migrate 1 site from to your host, it is a wordpress site. Do you help in migrating as well?

Your a sharp guy/gal and read all your posts here. I just got notified my websites and server has been moved to Atlantic Servers. WTH! Who are these people and do they hold the same bulletproof DMCA shit. WTH again. I think the least you could have done is posted here whats going on.

Is this Phishing? copy paste<br>
<font color="#000000"><span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue">Hi there,</span></font><br>
<font color="#000000"><span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue">I would like to inform you that your account has been migrated to our sister company - Atlantic Servers (<a href="http://www.AtlanticServers.com" target="_blank">www.AtlanticServers.com</a>). Shared hosting is their specialty and they invest a lot more resources than we currently do (We mainly work with VPS/dedicated servers). With that in mind, the migration was done to make sure you receive the best possible service. Their advertised plans are slightly different, but you will get all the resources you were getting from us. Best of all - a bit cheaper as well. Their Advanced plan is just $6.99/month compared to our $7.62, so there's some savings for you. Your other (Free, Basic) account remains with us for now until we can merge it with your main one.</span></font><br>
<font color="#000000"><span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue">You should have received the updated login details already. If you haven't, please let me know and I'll see what I can do to help you. In the meantime, enjoy your hosting with Atlantic Servers.<br>

I just looked at both websites -- it seems "AtlanticServers" has the same mailing address as SharkServers. So I don't think they handed you over to a new host. Seems like AtlanticServers is a spinoff division of their company?

We were hoping to get these ready on time but due to external delays we currently don't have any public Black Friday / Cyber Monday deals available. However, you're welcome to contact us with your requirements and I'm sure we can come up with something.

Black Friday/ Cyber Monday Deals?

And IM last to reply, Complete f**k job. All my websites have been down for god knows how long.
Bill is paid.
Total shit.
Yeah close this sales thread, its bullshit.

Sorry to hear about your issue. Have you opened a ticket? If so, what's the ticket number? Everything is working on our end, so there must be something else why your sites are not working.

Still waiting for those Black Friday Deals

Unfortunately, there won't be any public ones at this time as we're a bit behind with the network upgrade that would have brought some great deals. However, we can always offer something when contacted privately, so please either PM me if not done already or open a ticket on our website.

Total nightmare, ticket. I cant login to atlantic my new server company.

I love Sharkservers, I put up simple sites and zero maintenance, they were great for a very long time. Now I just found out their down a month at least because i got move to some company Atlantic. Pissed is an understatement.

There's a slight difference between the old and new servers. This is currently being fixed and you'll be sure to experience even better service from now on. Again, my apologies for the current downtime due to the misconfiguration.

If there is an error with billing, please raise a support ticket with the billing team. We do not appreciate people trashing this thread when a simple support query would resolve any problems. Thank you!

I've just checked and the invoices for December 26 are not even generated yet. What you are referring to is the date up to which you have paid already. I do not see any issue with that.

Is an issue, I open the tiket but the respons is not on topic
The problem is you billing me from paypal 2 times for same invoice
Please check transaction
ID #6NH929398Y5353922
ID #1AP79228YP1128127

I don't find any transactions with those IDs. Please make sure you send us the correct transaction IDs as PayPal provides two sets of them - one will only work for you, while the other will show up on our system. I would also ask to keep this to the support ticket so that you can be matched to the appropriate account - I currently don't know who you are. Also, if you have an active PayPal subscription you MUST NOT send the payment manually as PayPal will send us the automatic payment anyway - it can not know what the manual payment was for. All overpayments are added to your credit balance and can be used for future invoices - the money is not lost.

I noticed someone said customer service regarding shark vps was poor. I don't know what happened to them but from my experience, shark vps cared about its client. All my tickets got fast response.

Thanks for your input. Some people simply don't understand what unmanaged service means. It's not about customer service - it's about understanding what you're buying. As an example, when buying unmanaged VPS or dedicated server, we will normally not respond to queries like "How do I configure 'x'" - there are management plan for things like these.
