On my first day with them I was getting down time 3 times in 1 day, next days still down a lot then I asked for refund, they just refund me this morning.

I do apologize to everyone affected. It seems quite common that people think because it's "offshore" it can be used for anything - that's how you down a host that's initially good. We're being swamped by orders that get fulfilled, only to be terminated later on because customers think they're allowed to play hacker games on our services and DDoS somebody on the Internet, who then retaliates, and it's you and us who suffer. And this is not an isolated thing - we get those orders a lot - some get filtered, some don't, as it's impossible to tell what the client will do before they actually do anything. In all seriousness, this means we'll be forced to implement anti-fraud screening, which will put our ability to provide anonymous service at risk, and we don't want to do that, so we're trying to figure out ways to handle these situations without doing that.
