It's obvidouse this operation is a reseller of some type. They promice no DCMA but United Kingdom has agreeed to inforece the DCMA. There are reports in news articles of this happening.

So promise something impossible knowing you'll never deliver on it.

I was wanting to give this a shot but there are OTHER offshore VPS hosting accounts that more reputable and have been around a while. I have a feeling that this data center will get raided and they'll just close shop and open up another one under the name Crocodile hosting or something.

Any of our VPS packages can easily handle that, provided you configure your web server (Apache, nginx or any other you choose to use) properly.

DMCA is a US law and nobody outside US has to follow the DMCA procedure if they don't want to. All takedown requests must refer to the laws in EU, and even then - we have relays in Russia that we can pass the traffic through in order to avoid EU complaints as well. I may be repeating myself, but no site has ever been removed from our services because of DMCA.

Not anymore. cPanel has some serious issues which I will not talk about. Their developers know about these issues but haven't provided a fix in several months.

Please see the beginning of my reply for an explanation why there was a delay with my response. To answer your questions:
1) We are not resellers - we own our hardware and our network. There's only one data center where we don't use our own hardware (for obvious reasons), and that is in Russia - the place where our relay network is. Also, we're a registered UK company - I don't see how we can disappear easily.

regarding of the DMCA , their servers are rented from UKSERVERS / so a copyright holder would contact them and not sharkservers and according to their TOS they do not allow copyrighted materials .

Hello! I have a question regarding ip spoofing using your servers. I'm not going to DDoS anyone, but I need this for a small game-cheating service I'm hoping to start. That would require sending a few UDP datagrams from time to time. It was mentioned in this thread that you can do that with dedicated server, can this also be done with your VPS?

Also, do you provide any free trials? I'd like to do some testing to make sure that service would work correctly before I purchase.

Wrong. We co-locate our own hardware at their datacenter, as well as many other datacenters around the world. Our offshore operations are supported by relays worldwide in countries where DMCA has no effect. No website running on our services has ever been suspended due to DMCA. Never.

Have you tried restarting it from your control panel? We've had so many people who open a support ticket when all that has happened is some of their software has locked up their container and they haven't even attempted to restart it. A simple reboot should fix this. Also, I'm not able to match you to a client account in order to help, as you've not opened a ticket or PM'd me your details.

Alright, just a few more questions before I purchase:

Will Linux #1 VPS that is 6.99 $ satisfy the following requirements:
1) Root access;
2) Console terminal;
3) Full support for RAW sockets;
4) Ability to send packet with any source ip, not just ip within the range of your network.
5) Any manuals about using your VPS, I haven't much experience with that.
