My site has been down/dissapeared for a day now, I received an auto email about suspension due to bandwith email. I opened two tickets, Haven't gotten a reply yet.

No idea what is going on. Hosting was working well for 2 months, then it started moving slower and having issues. I made a ticket, he responded saying they were having DDOS issues. Yesterday I find my server/hosting completely gone, I've made two tickets, no reply.

Pretty much... Bought a linux VPS still haven't received my VestaCP login. Thinking about passing it on to someone who knows linux better, since I can't get any help (or a refund) and I don't want it to go to waste (it's good until May 26)

hi i kinda new to this whole hosting stuff, by saying 50GB DISK SPACE on the second plan do i really have 50gb disk space to upload

Can you please PM me your email address so I can check if the issue has been resolved? If you're referring to shared hosting, there were a few accounts on one of the servers that were abusing the service and making it slow for everyone. This has now been resolved, though. If your query is about VPS or any other service, I'd still like to know if you have any problems and I'll see to help with that.
To all those people wondering where our sales support has been on 11-12th - they've been attending Cloud Expo and Data Centre World in London in order to gather ideas for new services and improvements to existing ones. We're sorry we missed a couple of orders due to this, but we couldn't miss the opportunity to attend these, as I'm sure the things we saw and learned there will help us to deliver best service in the field.

Yes, you will have entire 50 GB space to use for your files. However, please be aware that we do not allow uploading videos or any other large files (500MB+) on shared hosting, as that puts extra load on our nightly backups. Shared hosting is not meant for file storage.

Hi. You're welcome to leave a message if live support if offline. Either way, I would not recommend running a streaming site on shared hosting due to the concurrent connection limit (simultaneous users on site) - Linux #1 VPS would be a better choice and it's always easy to upgrade later on if your traffic increases.
