Just had a good look through all my emails here: https://www.sharkservers.co.uk/clients/clientarea.php?action=emails&page=1 and I cant find a single "cancellation" email you mention.

Dedicated servers support it, however, please read our terms of service if you're planning to use our services for "the usual way" that requires IP spoofing

Sorry about that. Shared 2 was under a heavy DDoS attack, so it took a while to mitigate it.

The service is now being brought back online. Well, I'm sorry, but you guys start complaining after roughly 20 minutes of downtime, which actually is what's allowed under the 99.9% uptime guarantee, as 99.9% means we can have up to 43 minutes of downtime per month. The issue was with storage, which has now been resolved. The few VPS affected are currently being brought back online. I must say this again - this is not a support forum, and if you opened a ticket within the last 20 minutes or so, you should simply wait - we got people working on the issue and every ticket we need to answer just slow the resolution down.
We're looking to investigate what caused this and will make sure it doesn't happen again. My apologies for this.
