My review:

I gave a strict instruction and asked the OP to follow that layout.

At first, he failed to provide me the work I expected so I sent him an email complaining about the article quality. Then he offered to rewrite the article for free and 1 day later he sent the edited version. This time the work was much more better than the previous one, matched 8/10 of my expectation.

The quality is not "sky rocket". However, for $3.5 per 500 words, I personally think this service has a decent cost-performance index if you know how to use the articles in the proper way. With that being said, I will come back for more if there are suitable subjects.

Customer service: 9/10.
Quality: 7.5/10.
