Been using this panel for a few months. Overall 8/10. Customer service is good,

Main issue. Since the 16th of march Instagram followers haven't been working properly. Speed of around 100 to 1000 every 24 hours. I understand this is an 'Instagram update issue' however after a 20000 follower order was only half complete after 6 whole days, i was partially refunded for the delay as my client wasn't happy with how slow it was Hopefully the issue will be resolved soon, for now i have to go elsewhere.

A bunch of my orders are not being completed and I am getting a lot of chargebacks as a result.. I have spent hundreds with your site, please help me get this fixed.
 
I have problems too with an Instagram order, 15ks and only 5k delivered in 6 days and the order says completed please check it (ID:1311852) and make a partial refund to the account for those 10Ks. I tried to contact you in Skype but couldn't.
 
I forgot my password, I had to reset my computer and lost all saved info.

Could you reset it for me?
