Do the following still work. I've noticed a lot of SMM panels can't do this anymore:

I'm a newbie in buying SMM services and was chatting with socialpanel24 customer service on sky.pe.
I see people mention 'review copies' on the thread and so I ask him what that means. He answers it by sending a confused/thinking emoji. I eventually found out what it means by searching through the forums but I just want to say that the customer service is not very helpful and left a bad taste in my mouth.

THE WORST SERVICE/PANEL EVER!
Timeline:
+ 1am Nov 16th: I created 11 orders of Youtube share in socialpanel24.
+ 7am Nov 17th: Nothing happened. I created a ticket (#10368) asking them to process those orders ==> Their reply: "We will rush it"
+ 1am Nov 18th: (2 days after creating the orders) Still nothing happened. I messaged them again because this Youtube service is described as Instant delivery. How come an Instant service does not process at all after 2 days ??
+ At this time, my client asked me and complained a lot. They (socialpanel24) told me that it would only take maximum of 12 hours more to finish these orders. If not, they WILL REFUND (Please see the screenshot)
==> That means, Socialpanel24 made a promise that at 4pm Nov 18th, if they did not finish these 11 orders, they would refund me
==> Well, I trusted them (socialpanel24) and told my client that in next 24 hours (I added 12 more hours to be safe), if the orders were not finished, he (my client) would get refunded.
+ Nov 19th: Still nothing happened ?!? I had to refund my client all 11 orders
+ Nov 20th 3am: Still nothing happened. I asked Socialpanel24 to refund me ==> They refused to refund and told me again (?!?) these orders would be finished in next 12-15 hours ???
Conclusion
+ Very very slow service
+ Terrible customer service
+ Ticket system is just for fun, they answer you as a machine.
+ Not keeping promise with customer
+ They don't care about you and your money
+ DO NOT USE THIS PANEL UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE MONEY, LOSE CLIENTS AND GET ANGRY

Check all panel in the world, let me know they even able to start your order in 72 hrs after you order to them. And after deposited 4000$+ order in my panel you think its bad panel ? you buought 4000$ service from us for bad customer support ? come on man
