Bads:
- Although the articles took a longer to receive, I understand. Jared is very busy.
- Found out before ordering that he doesn't offer "Simple Content" anymore
- He can't write free articles for me

Goods:
- The articles he provided were excellent; flaw-free, attention grabbing, and great style. 10/10
- Discussed what layout and word count will make it a more effective article 10/10
- He provided links to the products 10/10
