Thanks wiredmom (and thanks to the BHZ guys too for their outstanding support and efforts to help their customers)

I've been running one FG instance on slowest settings at Bluehost, just waiting to receive the dreaded email from them

I'll be signing up for your Advanced package. Phew, now I'll be able to really let FG do what it is capable of :)

(lol... just realised that sounded like a testimonial template... must read fewer ebooks!)

The support forum contains all of the information. Also, email support and let them know your email address so that we can make sure you don't miss anymore.

I create forum with FG and somehow my forum is password protected. when I go to see each category, I need to type password to read.

How to get rid of this password protection?

I asked on phpbb forum, but no one reply me.

It is a problem with phpBB and FireFox's autofill and is well-documented. Just turn off autofill for the domain.
