Are you thinking about vccs for verification like adwords,ebay and paypal verification, or just normal vccs? If your only looking for normal ones, you should check out entropay.com . I dont think the 5% loading fee is "ridiculous".

You know you can generate FREE VCCs using the PayPal plugin (located on the left when you login to your paypal account). You can create single-use or multi-use VCCs. With the single-use VCC, once you use it, it's no longer usable (obviously). This is the best choice for most situations. Once you use it, close the card out in PayPal and render it even more useless.

Btw, I heard that theres a way to generate vccs for adwords verification for free. Ppl at Dp were selling vccs for prices as low as $2.5 if you woulda bulk buyed. The only thing you would have paying for would be the time it took them to create the cards. Anyone know how it's done?

Ah ok, didn't know that.

So there's a specific VCC out there that you can use to create Adwords accounts that will somehow prevent Google from charging you the $5 activation fee? I'd like to get ahold of one of those myself.

Thank you for pointing this out , You just saved me thousands of dollars per month as I was buying vcc`s from resellers dang wish I knew this months ago. But anyways thank you very much.

I chated with one guy on DP once who gave a brief explanation how it works, but I forgot. Supposedly, you just generate a vcc number, expiration date, and CVV2 number thats accepted by google as verification. Im sure you can still do this, because I know of ppl that sell activated adwords accounts for $5-6 and they would only do this if they could make a profit. Im sure their not paying $5 to buy a vcc for adwords, even though the activation fee is in fact $5 for google.

I do alot of outsourcing and give vcc numbers to my workers but those cards I was buying only had a few pennys on the numbers, how do you put a limit on the paypal vcc numbers anyone know?

Thats only if you add a voucher to the account. If you want a promotional $50 credited activated adwords account, you enable postpay billing and then the $5 is deducted immidiately from your cc, nothing from your advertiseing credits.

currently i purchased 2 VCC
1 for adwords and other for Paypal.. both works.. the guy i purchased VCC, is from Singapore and it cost me 5$ per VCC.. i will talk to him if he could sell you in bulk quantity

That is actually what I am looking for. Someone who could tell me how to make my own VCCs. If it cost like $100 a month for a membership/account to make me unlimited amounts of VCCs. I appreciate the wealth of info everyone has supplied.
