I was told a few days ago (3/8) via PM my articles would be arriving on the 10th. I responded, asking if they will arrive via email or PM on BHW and got no response. It's now the 11th and my articles still haven't arrived. It's not the end of the world, and I am fine with being patient, especially considering it is a quick turnaround as it is. but it's worth saying that good communication goes a long ways in the world of being a professional and if you are going to deliver your service/product late, a notification is greatly appreciated. Unexpected delays are not a big deal, but not letting me know is. I'd appreciate you getting in touch with me via PM and fill me in on the status of my order. Thanks.

I did receive my articles, and driulis did PM me and apologize for the communication breakdown and was kind enough to give me a 50% refund for the troubles. I am impressed with the professionalism, and overall delivery time still wasn't that bad. Articles appear to be unique as well. My only gripe, and maybe I missed this somewhere in the details, or maybe I simply shouldn't have expected anything else for this price, but all 75 of my articles are spun off of 2 or 3 original articles. These will definitely be useful, but I was hoping to drip feed them on 1-3 blogs, which doesn't make alot of sense if the general content of each article is the same.

Overall, these are useful and the experience was a good one. Would definitely buy more if they were exactly what my project needed.
