I did some articles comparison in Copyscape and it has 6-8% matched which means 92-94% uniqueness as described on this service. I'd recommend to use this service for your Tier 2 though. Good luck with your sales OP.

The difference between "Standard" and "Extra Unique" articles is that the quality is pretty much the same but "Extra Unique" articles are more diverse for a human eye. That's what makes them better for Tier 1 than "Standard" articles. Of course, it is up to the customer to decide where to use them. Some are using them for Tier 1, some for Tier 2. Yes we are.
