I just though of giving a review for this service; I am experimenting my new money with this service, my money site is a new (1 month) old site and all I did was on-page SEO. I did no other linkbuilding prior to this service, and hence there was no ranking.

Hi,

I made 2 orders of 100 posts (plus 4000 links for Tier 2), however, only 1 order (Order Number 162498587) went through PayPal. When I order the 2nd 100 posts (Order Number is 162526951), PayPal blocked the payment and said "We're sorry. We're not able to complete personal payments to account holders in India at this time.", can you please check?
