I am responding here so other members maybe aware of the huge lack of disrespect the staff of CheapWindowsVps have had with me.

I am a customer since September last year and my bill was due every month on the 18th. I have unfortunately forgotten to pay January's bill and today when I tried to open my server via mstsc on Windows I remembered I didn't pay and so it was off. Ok, I went to the customer area of the site and saw my service was terminated, not suspended, TERMINATED, with ALL MY DATA AND WORK ERASED! It hasn't even been a full week since my due date, today is the 22nd, so, it's been 4 days only. FOUR FUCKING DAYS AND THEY HAVE ERASED ALL MY WORK, WITH NO EMAIL OR ANYTHING CONTACTING ME SO TO PREVENT THIS.

I'm extremely disappointed with this service which I considered in best regards as it had never failed me, before. But this is a huge lack of consideration and respect.

I am unsure whether I will continue using this service or not. But prior to this, I hadn't had any major issues with them.
