Please look into my ticket request 5011 concerning getting a refund on all of the faulty Australian IPs you gave me. This includes the $4,000 you asked me to deposit in order to get me 2,000 Australian IPs that you've never delivered. I've waited patiently for your "24/7 support" to get back to me but still nothing. Even your founder, Steve Mark, who was suppose to be working on this for me disappeared. What gives?

I'm not gonna comment on the quality of the proxies but earlier today I couldn't remember my password.
So I tried to log in multiple times and finally decided to reset my password.

However, whenever I tried to log in using the newly generated password I got a timeout error.
So I decided to contact their live support, here's the chat:

ME:
Well, I cant log in. Whenever I click log in I the browser just keeps loading and eventually timeouts.

Go to the Authorized Ips tab and add your IP (real IP) in the panel and wait 30 minutes and try again.

No, I mean I cannot log into the lime proxies website.

So I'm pretty sure that your firewall is blocking this IP.

Well it works now. I did fail to log in multiple times before this happened so it seems like a perfectly valid 5 min firewall protection.


But if you say it isn't then I guess it isn't...

Afterwards I tried to log in with the wrong login information on my server (which previously had access). And guess what? It began timing out too!

So CLEARLY this was a case of poor firewall protection which is pretty common. What annoyed me though, was the fact that their customer support was so brazen and arrogant and didn't even consider that the problem could be on THEIR end (even when I explained how).

Clearly not a good first impression.

Dont ve any idea if their proxies work or not.Everthing was fine till I made the payment and and get my proxies.My demand was socks 5 with id and password authentication.After my proxies are assigned and wouldnt work without id pass authentication they said they had no support for sock5 with id pass authentication and they could change it to http which I wont be able to use.And when I said then I should cancel it they claimn they arranged everything perfectly and there wont be any refund.So I got scammed for 150 USD.GJ Limeproxy best in universe.
