I did business with Race International a few times, he delivered what I ordered as promised. However, the last time I sent him double what I was suppose to send him. I was gonna buy that amount in the beginning than, I decided to cut my order in half. I forgot and sent him what I was gonna purchase. I asked him just to refund me my money. He only owed me 25 dollars back. He said I will send you your money right now. It has been a week or 2 now and he still has not refunded me. THats my take. If you want proof, I could give it to u via, skype, convo. It's only 25 dollars he owes me but I just wouldn't like him to owe someone else a lot more. Good Luck.

Update: He just refunded me but it took a lot to get it. Good Luck all.
