We fully support this product via our ticketing system at support.backjacker.com. Our agents do initial troubleshooting and if they are unable to resolve the issue, the ticket gets escalated to our developer who may require access to your site in order to assess the situation further. Feel free to download our trial, and if you have any issues open up a ticket.
