Communication: Perfect!! Howard answered all my questions and concerns clearly. He's a good guy! I knew he was being honest about everything, and no bs like "Our service is rated #1".

Results: I got the report about 13 days ago. One thing I was worried about was that the content was very lightly spun. It seemed like duplicate content on 38 different blogs (He delivered extra). Not sure if this will affect me negatively, but so far has not; nor did it increase my SERP. So overall, this service has not worked too well for me yet but it may work for someone else much better. I'de say go ahead and give it a try.

Hey, Ahrefs said all the links you've created as "Lost". On my check, I see few "Lost" links and most of them are from yours. Can you please let me know whats going on? I can show you the screenshot. Also, my ranking dropped.

All the links we build are permanent. You can visit the URLs in report and check them. If any are missing let me know

AHREFS is incorrect sometimes, See explanation below..

suppose we made a blog post on our blog say xyz.com, with internal page: xyz.com/post-name, then ahrefs shows it that your site is also getting a link from xyz.com
But when we add new posts to same site, the post (xyz.com/post-name) will roll down from homepage. ahrefs inaccurately thinks as "LOST Link", Which is not correct. We do not delete our posts, so the links are permanent.

Okay, thanks for the clarifications. I guess I shouldn't trust ahrefs so much. I mean I see a lot of "Lost" links but all of those are still alive so yea, not sure what to believe. Your links are alive so that's good. Thanks.
