Yes, it's a one time fee and it's worth at least 5x's that price. I have an ad running using a targeted custom audience scraped with ULead and I'm getting .03/Like.

Guys sorry to ask, this has probably been asked before but in the custom audiences interface, it would NOT let me upload UIDs, it says UIDs can only come from people who use your app.

Are you guys still scraping UIDs and using them with custom audiences without issues? If yes, how?

That's a change FB made not too long ago. Just scrape the emails and use those to create your audience.

2. You tell me to not use country to get more users. And then you contradict yourself by telling me to use more queries for my scraping. Or am I not understanding something?

My issue is that all I can get is roughly 800 emails IDs from people who like hennessy page and live in Sydney, instead of the "more than 1000" that Facebook graph search results returns.

I see that many customers have a problem - and I have that problem too.

Unfortunately the solution being offered by the software owner (Sasha) is NOT working.

I recently purchased this program. Installed on a fast and stable VPS.

I tested various pages (single mode) ranging from 4k - 30k likes. To extract the IDs. Without any filters. Following the exact instructions and video and user guide.

This program does not work properly. It will only extract 2K or less. Then stops.

This is a common problem that other users are having.

Sasha has yet to come up with a fix although he continues to say that the software works.

Also note that Sasha advertises 24/7 support. Could someone please confirm if this is true or not?

Sasha is not on Skype nor replies to my e-mails.

I would have to advise that interested parties do not purchase software until Sasha has worked out issues. Great software in concept. But lacks proper support.

Am I am confused. You advertise your software, saying it can scrape all UIDs.

Even in this thread you state that is possible without filters.

But in the user guide (see image), not anywhere on your site. You state something different???

With re recent changes made by facebook you can no longer use UIDs yet everyone account has one, not every account has open access to their email. So scraping them has less results? any info on this, this is not a flaw by the software of course but facebook kind of ruined it for us.

2. There are no claims anywhere that Ulead Pro will scrape ALL USERS!
3. Facebook Graph Search is in BETA mode ... which means Facebook is always updating their algorithm and making improvements.
4. There is absolutely NO WAY to scrape ALL users. That is just not possible!

The point of BATCH MODE is to put in as many quires as you can so you can get the MAX results!

If you are not able to use the software or know how Facebook graph search works, that is not the software's fault! Ulead Pro works as advertised!
