Just finished reading the entire thread and this looks like a tool I could really use in my arsenal. I notice through the thread that FB makes updates and you have been updating your methods to circumvent the updates. After purchase will the updated methods be included in an email? I notice you posted about importing as email but the 2nd FB update you told everyone that an email was sent to existing customers. Me not being an existing customer at the time won't know the new method. Or maybe that fix was included in 3.8?
Secondly, you mentioned we can run this on up to 3 PC's which is nice. I also have a Mac and noticed you said the Mac version isn't "as powerful". Can you explain why? Do you update the Mac version at the same time as the PC version? After purchasing will I have access to both versions?

EDIT: Just went through the FAQ and noticed the Mac version is a free version from the Chrome App Store called UIDextractor. That explains it.

Hi thank you for your inquiry.
As you know recently Facebook has made changes in how you are able to import your custom audience. BEFORE you were able to import UIDS in to your custom audience. Since the change, that is no longer available! BUT have no fear
Instead of importing UIDS NOW all you have to do is import EMAILS. So when you are scraping using Ulead Pro just export the list as EMAILS.
About regular updates for the software, once you are a paid customer you will always receive an update email once software changes have been made!
You are allowed to use Ulead Pro on up to 3 computers. In order to activate the Mac version use the serial you received when you purchased Ulead Pro!

May I know where does the software get the user facebook email? is it just based on what the user's first name and last name and then add the @facebook.com for that? because i tried to manually search for what I have scraped, 4 out of 10 email are not working, facebook can't find/locate them. But when I use the UIDs (of the same users) to search, it works.

Hi depending on what the FB user has set up for their email address is what Ulead Pro is scraping.
Ulead Pro also Auto deletes and cleans out the fake FB users!

Thank you for your inquiry, there really is no need for proxies while using Ulead Pro. If you want to use proxies then set them in your IE 11.

Got an email for download to version 4.3 Batch Mode with user and password info. Is this email legit?
AWESOME UPDATE! This makes my life easier! Now I can load all the queries before I sleep.

Yes when this update release, I test it in 5 minutes and immediately I realize if we can import all the queries via csv it would be easier. All I have to do is always use CTRL+H to replace certain words in .csv in sec and then laod it in the software!

Ok so as many of you see we have implemented a new layout as well as the NEW batch mode!
We have also developed a way to AUTO delete fake accounts.
Cleaned up some backend issues and improved speed!
