Hey Sasha,

I just purchased Ulead Pro, downloaded and installed.

Is it necessary to use PVA or can I just use my personal Facebook account? If I CAN use my personal account, are there steps I should take to avoid any hassle from Facebook?

Hi thank you for the purchase.

I HIGHLY advise that you use a spare US English PVA account. Since Facebook does have limits on how fast you can scrape, they might lock you out for 24 hours, which is not bad.

It needs to be a PVA account, otherwise Graph Search won't work

The best options I found is setting your delay between scroll for 4-5 sec, so that you are not scrapping too fast!

Are you able to JUST upload the custom audience?

OR are you having trouble uploading them in to your APP Ads Campaign?

Is it doing this just for that TYPE of campaign?

Alright guys and girls, so as many of you know Facebook has come out with an UPDATE to their Custom Audience.

NOW, you are required to input an App ID which is connected to your fan page or website from where your ids came from.

Since we are scraping these ids and they are not coming from us, the new way to import is by EMAIL.

So when you are scraping, EXPORT the list as emails, and upload your audience as emails not ids.

We are working on a way around this, stay tuned ....

No, i dont know how to do it, thats why i'm asking. We can surely create an apps and put the ID in the column in order to load those UIDs but surely facebook will notice it and banned us. So if there is a way to load those UIDs into the apps then everything will looks legit.

Yes, but the easy way around that for now is uploading emails instead of ids, so please be patient until we find a way around this

He dosent have any refund policy but still not paying my money back.

Why i want refund ? Everyday my accounts getting blocked while scraping. I dont have time and budget to buy/focusing on new accounts. This is why i want refund.

But does he paid me back ? No.
What he did ? He says ''Show me your accounts blocking after than 24 hours ... .... ... ''

Do i need to do it ? No i am not.

As you told on the sales page, i am not satisfied with your product because i dont want to focus on buying new pvas everyday.
I want my money back.

BTW, he has every detail of my team viewer, vpn user and pass, etc... He still not trusting and paying. He says ''buy pva's'' and i am not going to buy pva's everyday, this is why i want refund man.

As far as the PVA thing...I bought 5 PVA accounts and have thus far only needed 1 account. I've been running the software pretty consistently and haven't had any problems. Based on Sasha's recommendation, I've set my scrolling delay to 5 seconds. I also set the user delay set at 1 second. Maybe that will help others.
