OBL are less than 3. We just hand built this network.
We selected on PR and TF and CF. I think the avg is PR 3 and TF & CF > 10. The DA / PA metric is spammed in our humble opinion.
We went the extra mile with IP diversity, and unique A & B class IPs. I don't want to give away too much more.
We have wordpress and no CMS.

We are limiting to 25 OBL.

The DA / PA is easily manipulated. You can raise DA/PA with Scrapebox pretty easily. So it just not a metric we chose to value.

The AVG DA/PA of our network is 20.68/30.82. Please keep in mind we built this network buying non-spammed domains on auction (not deleted/dropped). The sites were rebuilt using as much original content as possible. So you are getting high quality, that will pass real trust.
