I've bought the ultimate package for one of my sites (newly website never build any backlink before) OP delivered the report on last weeks, but I just wait for 1 weeks to see the effect of ranking, turnaround time 8 days It is good time period.
The report is very detailed with page rank/OBL, list out every links they posted. The content and site quality great, articles and posts do not seem like they are spun.
Use one of my main keyword with medium competition. Here is the current ranking screenshot:

Top Web Blog: 4 => All indexed by G
Web 2.0 Properties: 20 => 19 indexed by G
PNB: 10 => All indexed by G ( PNB Domain PR: 2, 0, 0, 0, 2, 3, 4, 2, 0, 0 )
Content: about 450-500 words with a suitable image. Content is readable and copyscape passed ( looks like taken from article directory, and manually rewrite it. )
I think this service is good with appropriate price, I will order again.

Sorry for the late review, actually i got report after 6 days on time frame, a few weeks vacation and getting back, I read the report and I was very satisfied. All of the sites look great. The content amazing in cheaper price, totally unique articles I'm never expecting that type of quality and links/keywords are mixed in well. Overall very nice job and well worth the money.
