jack81, yes, these links are from Sape and some similar services. Most of sites are in english, but there can be also any other language sites. You will receive a mix of home page and inner pages backlinks. The average OBL is about 10 or less. The DA/PA is different, but you can increase it with tier 2 option (web 2.0s, aa articles, microblog posts etc).
