Ok, so here is my review about this service. Sorry for the late review OP, only realized now that i haven't done it so far.

SO i received a pack with 12 keywords around the same niche. The file refers to all of the keywords to be easy to rank or relatively easy. IT is a good mix of keywords. The main keyword has an impressive 33000 global searches and 22000 local ones and it is classified as easy!

The rest of the keywords fall between 140 to 4400 global searchs a month, and mostly are less than 1000 global searches. I would expect a bit more searches in a couple more keywords but overall this is a good pack to build a website around this group of keywords.

Pros:
- Price
- Good niche
- Variety
- Detail

Cons
- Few keywords above 1000 global searches.


On and all this is a pretty good deal, specially if the amount of global searches is higher in more keywords.

MY REVIEW:


OP over-delivered keywords with some really good keywords. I received 32 keywords in total with competition analysis. The report includes tons of metrics like average PR, average Backlinks, difficulty, searches(global & local), CPC and many more which has really saved my time and made it easy for me to target the keywords. Keywords are from a certain niche and targeted at every area - i.e, the keywords are spread in "how to's", "buy" , "top 10", "best" and several other generic keywords. The competition on some keywords is fairly low and shouldn't take much effort to rank the site in top 3.


All in all, this is certainly one of a kind service and I would recommend you guys to try this out.

Nihalsad sent me a keyword review package several days ago (apologies for taking so long to leave a review). The keywords I received were really, really good. Brilliant in-fact.


They are all easy/relatively easy to rank and in most cases, none of the sites in the top 10 are optimized for the keywords. With the right content and a handful of backlinks, these keywords could definitely rank.


I was given a random keyword package.. and the funny thing is, I'd recently been searching for keywords in this niche myself. I'd found a couple of decent keywords which I thought would be easy to rank, but there weren't enough to build a site around, so I moved on. To my surprise, several of the keywords I'd looked at were there on Nihalsad's list - along with a 20+ other low competition keywords I wasn't able to discover on my own.


All the information is neatly laid out on a spreadsheet and is easy enough to understand, and every metric you'd want to know about is included in his analysis.

Nihalsad gave me a free review a few days back, but I just got around to taking a look at the report today.




I was given about 30 keywords with monthly searches varying between 140 and 6600. These keywords have good CPC, so ranking even for a term with low monthly searches is worth it.




The report was organized from easiest to hardest to rank, and included with the report is enough information to help you to decide whether it's a term that you wish to pursue or not. I checked out most of the research provided and everything seems accurate. This isn't a niche that I would have pursued, but after taking a look at the report, I'm thinking about setting up a site for these keywords soon.
