Was provided a free sample of OP's keyword service. Report was received within 3 days which is a fair amount of time. I was provided with niche keywords and 30 others related to said niche with every possible detail for each keyword. Very useful service.

Nihalsad sent me a keyword review package several days ago (apologies for taking so long to leave a review). The keywords I received were really, really good. Brilliant in-fact.
They are all easy/relatively easy to rank and in most cases, none of the sites in the top 10 are optimized for the keywords. With the right content and a handful of backlinks, these keywords could definitely rank.
I was given a random keyword package.. and the funny thing is, I'd recently been searching for keywords in this niche myself. I'd found a couple of decent keywords which I thought would be easy to rank, but there weren't enough to build a site around, so I moved on. To my surprise, several of the keywords I'd looked at were there on Nihalsad's list - along with a 20+ other low competition keywords I wasn't able to discover on my own.
All the information is neatly laid out on a spreadsheet and is easy enough to understand, and every metric you'd want to know about is included in his analysis.

Nihalsad gave me a free review a few days back, but I just got around to taking a look at the report today.
I was given about 30 keywords with monthly searches varying between 140 and 6600. These keywords have good CPC, so ranking even for a term with low monthly searches is worth it.
The report was organized from easiest to hardest to rank, and included with the report is enough information to help you to decide whether it's a term that you wish to pursue or not. I checked out most of the research provided and everything seems accurate. This isn't a niche that I would have pursued, but after taking a look at the report, I'm thinking about setting up a site for these keywords soon.

Sorry OP for late Review. Few days back I recieved keywords from OP, and simply those are AMAZING. I didn't expected that much easy keywords and they are well suited for MNS sites. I want to tell one thing. If you're failed to hit first page with these keywords IM is NOT for you. Thanks nihalsad
