I got a list of keywords in an excel spreadsheet with the keywords, difficulty, average PR, average links to page, number of pages in the serp, search for global and local as well as CPC. I wanted something i could make quick money off of via cpa or amazon and these keywords after checking them are perfect for this. Literally all that is needed it to put up a site and run some quick PBN links to it. The other sites are not even optimized for these keywords! Thanks!
