I do not know about service itself but customer service is shit.
I just launched website , went to this guy to ask if he would do keyword research to help me choose right keywords for my business.
And guess what he did not even bother answering me.
C'mon with this attitude i doubt he can bring anything good for anyone.

I did not receive your messages in the first place... so I don't know how you can call my customer support "shit".

I've been replying to every single person who adds me on Skype for the last 48 hours, and I was up till 3AM yesterday talking to clients. I don't ignore anyone, so I find your post ridiculous. How did you even message me in the first place? Email? Skype? PM? Contact form? I run several services here and despite that I take customer support as a top priority - ask anyone else whose using these services / were interested in these services.

I've been working with Leith for a while now but I've been running this service for just under a month on a new site of mine and I've seen really strong results for some tough keywords in this time.
