This is just an approximation and varies niche by niche, and there are no guarantees to it. You can't expect to sell a BHW via forum posting, so a lot of it depends on realistically identifying your niche and what can sell well as forum posts, eg Digital Marketing Products and services in SEO forums will sell well if promoted via forum posts.
