How many outgoing links those properties have in total/per homepage? : Very minimal, but it's a bit irrelevant as I am not selling links on homepages (nor that I can either).
How many pages of content those websites have on average?: 1000s in most cases - most of the sites are news site/magazine. One very good example would be inquisitr.com (which is no longer in my inventory, but gives you an idea).
How long do the links stay on homepage?: For a few sites, your post will go on to the homepage. For some, your post will not go on to the homepage as your content will not be headline worthy (again, take inquisitr.com for an example) but will rest on the category page.

We do not keep any ranking record, as in most cases clients just buy 2 - 3 links from me on an average. But if you want to have a proper idea, add me up on skype and I can show you things that will better convince you.

Also mention if the post will remain on home page for some time. I think only home page links on those sites will get you results, inner page links on such sites can take upto 1 week to index, i have tried such services before.
