-I've received the order within TAT (or probably earlier than expected TAT)
-Comments are ok. Not spun or garbage comments
-PR as stated in sales thread. I don't really care about PR but those pages have quite good DA & PA. Fair TF & CF as well.
-OBL? Some are low than 10.. Some are more than 50.. Not too bad..
-Communications is also good. Seller provide work as specified in email given to him.

Overall: Impressive considering the price vs quality of service delivered. I'll probably order this service after I give my site more diverse link portfolio. Just try this service out or ask him for a few review if he don't mind.

Recommendation for seller: Try to use different alias to minimise footprints. Because you post comments using same alias many times it looks weird. Other than that, it's an excellent service.
