Yes the new *** supports all available Ebay and Amazon sites.

Can I run the program on multiple servers with one license? If not, does it run with administrator privileges (so it will run on multiple user accounts if needed)?

All the current updates have been rolled out, I will update the landing page this week so you can see the new features. As for running on multiple servers, I am not sure you would have to test it, you might get away with 2 servers, but probably no more.
