I have to make a transaction to a merchant, that is using recurly[.]com as a payment gateway, to purchase a digital good.
They have AVS. I tried entropay but the transaction was declined.
Can i use some random US address with your VCC ?

No one is being scammed, we have serviced MANY previous customers with 0 issues. All refund are processed properly.

It used to work internationally, but for now it is temporarily disabled.
