I am very disappointed in this service.
I ordered the PR 5 Permanent post, it was never completed.
After initially placing my order with Mogaz, I received an email confirmation with an order number.
Mogaz then contacts me after a little while and asks for my order details again. I ask him why he needed them when he just sent me an order number with confirmation of my details. He says something a long the lines that his system was bugged. (I also tried to order more packages, but it would not charge me for checkout it came to a total of $0.00, I notified him of this as well).
Anyhow, I never heard from Mogaz after that. I checked numerous times before contacting him to see if he completed the work. He never did.
I reached out to him a few times trying to work the matter out and get a refund. His exact words were a refund is no problem, but still at this point I do not have it. He keeps requesting my order details again so he can try to knock out the order and pretend like it was completed the whole time. I have continually sent him the order number (he sent me) and the Paypal transaction ID for the refund, but still nothing.
BOTTOM LINE:
I ORDERED SOMETHING DID NOT RECEIVE IT AND HAVE NOT GOTTEN A REFUND FOR IT - BUYER BEWARE OF THIS SERVICE!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!
